Chris is the Chief Financial Officer. He has been investing in real estate since 2004. His investments concentrated on residential real estate projects, increasing profits and enhancing cash flow

Chris earned his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in Finance and International Business. He brings a significant amount of financial expertise and insight to the management team. His background lends him nearly 15 years of relevant financial expertise in real estate, financial planning, long-term planning, capital allocation, capital efficient profitable growth, auditing, and investment strategies. Chris’ financial acumen was honed and refined while working at Johnson & Johnson providing financial leadership for the global acquisition of multi-million dollar companies and brands. While at Johnson & Johnson he quickly rose through the financial ranks into managerial positions of expanding scope both domestically and internationally. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of My Harvest Field Independent Insurance & Financial Advisors, a financial planning and investment management firm that specialising in advising dentist and doctors.

Chris is author of Profit with A Smile: Practice Management Tips To Turn Your Dental Office Into A Business Machine and is working toward his Certified Financial Planner designation. Staying true to his passion for finance and numbers he serves as Board Member & Treasurer of Tampa Crossroads, a nationally recognized non-profit that seeks to aid homeless veterans and turn around the lives of families in transition. Chris is also the incoming President of the Tampa Kiwanis Foundation and a Board Member of Easter Seals Tampa Bay.

Chris resides in Florida and travels between New York City and Texas working with clients. In his spare time, he mentors young entrepreneurs, conducts mission work in Nicaragua and is a high level competitor in Olympic Weight lifting and Crossfit.
